That's why most people fail to achieve their resolutions from year to year. “Black Belt Excellence” is not something that can be taught overnight or “switched on” and “switched off” whenever your child consciously need it. Rather, it is something that is developed internally over a period of time and becomes an integral part of your child. Positive habits are formed when success builds upon success regardless of whether the objective is something major or minor in our lives.

 Leadership Skills - Our students are leaders not followers! Guiding others through modelling (in the sense of providing a role model) and through willingness to serve others first. A clear sense of purpose - clear goals - focus – commitment. Role models are leaders may adopt a persona that encapsulates their mission and lead by example. Self-awareness of a our students is the ability to "lead" (as it were) one's own self prior to leading other selves similarly. A positive role model in which they carry out a role demonstrating values, ways of thinking and acting, which are considered good.

Practical Self-Defense Skills – We live in a world uncertainty and undesirable people. Our program teaches your child how to protect themselves in real life situations. Our students “learn to fight, so they don’t have to fight”. Our program teaches your child not only be aware of their physical and mental limitations, but also HOW to be aware of their surroundings. Confrontations are thought to be avoided at all costs. If one exhausts all avenues of remedy, and you are faced with situation requiring self-defense, use only the force that is reasonably necessary.

Tiny Tigers Classes
Designed for children ages 3 to 5. The focus of Tiger's curriculum is to help children focus, develop discipline, respect, fitness, memory, and coordination. This fun curriculum is geared toward preparing Tigers for life and school. Their motor skills, self esteem, problem solving, and intellectual growth will improve rapidly.

Summer Camp
The most enjoyable summer camp in the area. Our program is designed to help children use their time off in a safe, fun, and constructive manner. Children will experience competition training, weapons, personal safety issues and increased cardiovascular fitness.

Star Program
Designed to reward our students for being an excellent student at home and school. Daily check off sheet is provided to the student to keep track of their daily good deeds. Once a student finishes his/her homework, chores and any additional assignments, he/she is rewarded with a star. Other stars are awarded for reading, community service, academic acheivment and community service.

Tae Kwon Do Korean and Japanese Karate
Learn the ancient art of Tae Kwon Do and Karate. Students learn kicking, punching, clinch/trapping, grappling and effective self defense in our classical mixed martial arts MMA program (we were doing it long before the UFC). Our professional staff is trained to help our students grow physically and mentally. We want our students be productive members of society. Where they have respect for their parents and peers.
