Bully Proof Vest - 5 Steps To Handle Your Bully Without Fighting

During the month of October, USA Martial Arts Phoenix will be conducting a series of Bully Proofing workshops called How To Defeat Your Bully Without Fighting.

The program is designed by Eagle Scout, former Army Airborne vet. John Nottingham, and a 6th Degree Martial Arts Black Belt Master Instructor. Nottingham owns USA Martial Arts Phoenix and Nottingham Sword and Shield Security Bodyguards. He believes so much in the programs that he has sponsored the bully proof and self defense training for the last 26 years.

"These programs have always been available free of charge to the community. Our programs are designed and developed by professional protectors and teachers. The bully proofing programs include best practices, the latest research and our own unique experiences successfully helping children (and adults) successfully deal with bullies. April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. USA Martial Arts Phoenix & Nottingham Sword & Shield Security in cooperation with the Arizona Bullying Prevention Program are sponsoring a Child Safety Workshop Series at USA Martial Arts at Tatum & Greenway in Phoenix

The Kids Abduction and Bullying Prevention Safety Workshop will teach children the skills to deter, detect, defuse and defend potentially dangerous situations. From simple escape moves to using clever tricks to avoid bullying, this confidence building program will give parents peace of mind as their children develop the street smart skills of practical self defense.

The course will be offered free of charge to any child in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Cave creek, Paradise Valley community. All parents have to do is register their child by contacting USA Martial Arts Phoenix.
