Designed specifically for families, men, women and children as young as 4 years old can kick and punch their way to fitness and learn much more than just self defense and a few moves. Specializing in kids and families the school motto is "Families that kick together, stick together."

Confidence, self-discipline, focus and character development lessons are integrated into lessons with timeless martial arts wisdom in a positive, encouraging environment. Martial Arts Instructors are each selected for their patience, enthusiasm and positive attitude as well as martial arts skills.
