Course Curriculum
At the USA Martial Arts School both traditional kung fu, taekwondo, karate classes and chi kung (qigong) yoga classes are offered. Adult Martial Arts Self Defense Fitness Classes gives you the opportunity to learn one of the rarest and foremost internal systems in the Chinese Korean and Japanese martial arts. This unique kung fu karate taekwondo tang soo do style helps you develop real self-defense, regardless of your size or strength or current ability while helping you to get into the best shape of your life.
Chi Kung, also known as Chi / Ki / Qi Gong or Qigong, is often practiced for its powerful health benefits. It helps to develop better balance, coordination and circulation. While you are learning to control your body you are also learning to control your mind allowing you to reduce stress and start really living your life to the fullest.

  1. I agree with your thoughts that's Martial art is one of the best ways for self defense and can be learnt very easily. Once you know the Martial Art Techniques and Martial Arts Equipments you will be able to protect yourself and your loved ones from any danger.
