Thai Boxing, or Muay Thai, combines punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes into a self-defense system known for its power and effectiveness.

Krav Maga, a battle and street proven hand to hand combat system is considered by many to be the ultimate self defense system.

PFS Jeet Kune Do is the street streamlined quick-learn Jeet Kune Do method from Navy SEAL trainer Sigung Paul Vunak.  Our unique blended training method is unsurpassed in developing speed, power, and superb cardiovascular endurance. 
By integrating protective strategies with our track record for safety, men and women build confidence and fitness through the practice punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes in combination and at full force. Pad and shield training also improves reaction time by allowing students to react immediately to the actions of the pad holder.  You get all this integrated into the USA Martial Arts and IMPACT curriculum and through special training events and seminars.

Other training methods commonly used include heavy bag training and controlled sparring drills. Heavy bag training plays an important role in developing power and conditioning, and reinforces the techniques practiced on the striking pads. Sparring is a means to test technique, skills, range, strategy, and timing against a partner. Integrative sparring is often conducted at light to medium contact to avoid injury.  Students can comfortably choose their level of participation based on individual goals and needs.

Jiu-Jitsu, which literally means the “art of softness,” is a method of fighting that utilizes various forms of grappling techniques. This includes throwing and sweeping as well as joint locks, chokes, and other submission holds. Jiu-Jitsu teaches students to use an attacker’s energy against him/her, rather than directly opposing it.

Following the strict teaching methods of USA Martial Arts, instructors provide the highest quality instruction and among the safest beginner grappling experience possible. Our method integrates the stand up joint locking of Korean Hapkido, basic elements of both Japanese and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu designed for the beginner.  For the MMA enthusiast USA Martial Arts is also an authorized center for Shamrock MMA, the mixed martial art method developed by 5 time UFC Champion Frank Shamrock.

To ensure our students get the best quality instruction, USA Martial Arts maintains an impressive instructor staff of many Black Belts and a nationally recognized champions. Additionally, we have a continuous rotation of guest instructors that include UFC Champ Dan "The Beast" Severn, Master Chris Lopez, Master JJ Machado and various top-level Black Belt champions from 
the U.S. and Brazil.
