The Arizona Bully Intervention Initiative and Bullying Prevention Project is Phoenix based group who provide education, training and resources to parents, teachers and children of Arizona. Bully Proof Training Arizona teaches methods on how to stop a bully, school bullies and how to reduce bullying behavior.

Who
John Nottingham, owner and Chief Instructor of USA Martial Arts Phoenix is using his skills and resources to educate teachers, parents and children how to effectively handle bullies. More than just a local Karate Dojo do-gooder, Nottingham has a background in the Army Special Forces Intelligence community and whose knowlege have been shared with law enforcement, military and companies throughout the world. He also owns Nottingham Sword & Shield Security Bodyguards, a security and training company headquartered in Scottsdale.

The Arizona Bully Initiative and Bully Proofing Project’s mission is to STOP this epidemic of bullying and prepare Arizona children for life.
The program was initiated in 1992 in Nottingham’s chain of martial arts schools but only recently was it formed into a State-wide program and put online.
