A free Bully Prevention Training Workshop will be held at USA Martial Arts newest location in Phoenix | Paradise Valley | Scottsdale at Tatum & Greenway.

  • How to be and act aware, calm, and confident
  • When to speak up
  • How to take charge
  • How to be a super-friend
  • How to get help
  • When to tell an adult
  • How to set clear and appropriate boundaries
  • How to stop unwanted touching and teasing
  • How to protect themselves from name-calling and hurtful words
